Notice
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a one-off clean, and at least 24 hours' notice for a regular recurring clean.
Late cancellations
Cancellations with less than the required notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
No access
If our team arrives on schedule and cannot access the site, a call-out fee may apply.
Cancellations by us
In rare cases, such as safety issues or severe weather, we may need to reschedule a clean. We will give you as much notice as possible and rebook at the earliest convenient time.
