These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by Mastery Cleaning Services ("we", "us") to our clients ("you").
Quotes
All quotes are free and obligation-free. Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the information you provide. We may adjust a quote after inspecting the site if the scope of work differs from what was described.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the site at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the site, a call-out fee may apply - see our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
Payment
Services are invoiced on completion, or monthly for recurring contracts. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our commitment
We are fully insured and our team is trained to deliver a consistent, professional standard. Our work is backed by our Service Guarantee.
Liability
Please report any concerns or accidental damage within 24 hours of a clean. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear. Please secure valuables and fragile items before a scheduled clean.
Recurring contracts
Either party may end a recurring cleaning arrangement with 14 days' written notice.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version applies to future bookings.
